By Marina Jokic

Creating the perfect mélange of classic and innovative, Party Host Helpers based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania staffs all kinds of parties, from small, home-based events to large corporate gatherings and anything in between. With unrivaled attention to detail and immaculate arrangements, Party Host Helpers takes event planning to the next level. Since first opening shop three years ago, the company has orchestrated dozens of captivating parties and built a reputation for delivering every time they work an event.

"Our job is to make you, the host, look good while eliminating your stress," founder Renee Patrone said. "Based on those early experiences throughout childhood and early adulthood, I've come to realize that the art of entertaining is not just the planning, preparing and hosting, it's about enjoying your guests."

More specifically, the range of services at Party Host Helpers include setting up, greeting guests, checking coats, serving food and drinks, and of course, leaving the space flawlessly clean afterward.

Patrone loves bringing to life each client's vision. From elaborate weddings and corporate shindigs to intimate family parties, Patrone enjoys the creativity involved in executing each event. She approaches each project like a blank canvas, crafting and molding it until it perfectly fits a client's need. In fact, Patrone's affinity for parties emanated at an early age.

"I attended my first springtime block party in May 1981, and since then, many of my fondest memories center around gatherings with family, friends, and co-workers," she said. "I have a knack for entertaining and really value the importance of creating memories through a party."

Like many of her clients, Patrone quickly realized that when she was hosting parties at her house, she spent more time in the kitchen, cooking, serving, and cleaning than socializing with her friends. It was precisely because of this inconvenience that Patrone decided to open her own event staffing business. After years of running a successful event planning firm, Patrone took the leap and opened Party Host Helpers, which focused more on the execution of the event than the planning.

So, what can people expect when they hire Party Host Helpers? Quite simply, they will be able to relax and enjoy their event and leave everything else to the pros.

"I think that we hire the best of the best, those who actually care about making the host's experience top notch," Patrone said. "[At Party Host Helpers], everyone is friendly and helpful and enjoys what they do."
